Comments: I,m pretty sure this ride is totally legal, but I'll go ride it again to check (some time in the future). You can do it clockwise or anticlockwise. To do it anti-clockwise the only change I'd make is to ride up through Belair National Park to avoid the 20% grade on the lower part of Sheoak rd. I ride this basic loop regularly and it's great.
Note: the Alfieloop was done clockwise, the Burpieloop was done anticlockwise.
This map of Belair National Park is useful for this ride. Need to take the shared use trail from Belair Lodge up to Waverley Lodge then take Sheoak Rd to Crafers (hope you like climbing)
